The analytics for a two-year intervention with an international joint government enterprise revealed a significant improvement in individual confidence with addressing challenges, along with clear improvements in team and organizational culture overall. The intervention had included surveys, interviews, coaching, mentoring, workshops and keynotes to ensure a whole-of-organization approach that would filter through to all levels.
