Tirian Innovative Consulting was founded by two thought leaders who have spent three decades researching how leaders can build cultures for sustainable innovation and change. Over this time they have helped multiple global organizations put that research into practice through developing practical tools and guides delivered through strategic keynotes, workshops, coaching programs, and comprehensive learning journeys.

Dr Gaia Grant

Gaia is the creator of the ‘Innovative Change Leader’ Profile (iCLi), ‘Dynamic Polar Positioning’ (PoP) and ‘XTEND’ tools – all designed to support the development of ambidextrous leadership. She is a researcher and lecturer on innovation leadership with the University of Sydney Business School, a director of Tirian Consulting, and a Leadership Chair at the For Purpose Alliance.

Gaia’s research explores innovative thinking and problem-solving, along with leadership for innovation sustainability through the discipline of Strategy, Innovation and Technology. She holds a PhD in sustainable innovation leadership (University of Sydney), an MSc in Creative Leadership (State University of New York), along with a Grad Dip Change Leadership, BD (hons), and BA Dip Ed (Macquarie University).

Andrew is a leadership for innovation transformation specialist who has spent 30 years travelling the world sexploring why some societies and companies race ahead with innovation while others are left behind.

With a degree in education, he has co-designed a number of unique corporate simulations and resources, and co-presents high-impact keynotes with Gaia that blend the deep research base with dynamic interaction and powerful facilitation.
